When playing our games you may voluntarily provide a player name (nickname — not your real name required) and feedback messages via our feedback form. We do not require email address, phone number or payment details.
When you visit our website the following is collected automatically: browser type and version, operating system, IP address (anonymised), pages visited and time spent, referring website, and device type.
We use browser local storage (not traditional cookies) to save game preferences on your device. This includes your chosen player name and avatar, dark/light mode preference, session leaderboard scores, and a randomly generated anonymous player ID. This data stays on your device and is not shared with third parties except where needed to run multiplayer games.
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous aggregate information about how visitors interact with our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect data such as pages viewed and session duration. This data is anonymised — we cannot identify individual users from it. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on. See Google's Privacy Policy.
We may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site or other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.
Our multiplayer game rooms are powered by Google Firebase. When playing online, the following is temporarily stored: your chosen player name and avatar emoji, anonymous player ID, game board state, and in-game chat messages. Game room data is automatically deleted when a game ends. We do not store permanent player profiles.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We work with Google LLC for Analytics, AdSense, and Firebase services. See Google's Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of transmitted data.
Our service is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us personal information, contact us at contact@tictacinfinity.com and we will delete it.
Depending on your location you may have rights including: access to information we hold, request deletion of your data, opt out of personalised advertising, and withdraw consent. Contact us at contact@tictacinfinity.com to exercise these rights.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
